Chef Jennifer Englehart-Starcher and her team at Eclectic Edibles Catering offer an all-encompassing experience for the client. The Senior Sales and Education Coordinator is Jody Nichols. She has been with Eclectic Edibles Catering for six years and handles most of the phone calls and invoicing for the company. With a master’s in education and the gift of gab, Jody organizes the behind-the-scenes details of most events and tries to keep all balls juggling so the kitchen staff can focus on what they do best. When she is not behind the computer, you can find her hanging out with family, hiking, reading, playing Sudoku, or coaching softball.
General Manager, Bob Scofield, recently joined the team at Eclectic Edibles Catering. His wide range of experience over the past thirty years makes him an asset on all sides of the business. He is the former owner and operator of the 356th Fighter Group & Commanders Catering and the recent GM of Lanning’s Fine Dining Restaurant. Whether behind a grill, setting up events, or meeting with clients, Bob is always ready to lend his expertise.
Jen has owned Eclectic Edibles Catering for almost twenty-four years. After sharing kitchens for decades in Wadsworth and Strongsville, her catering company found its own home in Akron in 2021 and has been growing ever since. With degrees in Culinary Arts & Hospitality/ Human Resources Management, Chef has put her skills to work catering for every kind of event under the sun. Eclectic Edibles Catering’s biggest accounts have included Hill-n-Dale Hunt & Gun Club, Soprema USA, Bridgestone Company Incorporated, and GPD Group, but every graduation party, celebration of life, and luncheon is equally important to Chef and given the same amount of attention. It is her goal to earn your trust through exceptional catering and memorable service.
